If you get the Tongass Fjord's scenery from fsaddons you'll have another descent sized fairly detailed airport PASI Sitka.

I tried to repair FSX by using the installation disk but that did not help, so I just uninstalled it and did a new install and now it's working. Now I guess I'll have everything back up and running by the weekend. Thanks again Jim Travis

Yesterday I made a mistake and shutdown my computer with svchost.exe not in it's correct folder. When I tried to reboot I could not get windows to load so I had to resort to a system restore. After my system restore everything seems to work great other than the fact that I can't use FSX, all I get when trying to use is the FSX splash screen for about a minute then nothing the splash screen goes away and fsx never loads. I want it to be a last resort to have to uninstall an re-install FSX because I have a ton of addons and It will take ages to get FSX back where I want it. Thanks in advance for all who can help. Try going into a texture folder that originally came with your plane and copy the texture cfg to you new repaints texture folder and see if that helps. I have had the exact same problem that you have and that has done the trick for me sometimes.

I use traffic x along with world of ai so that WOai (freeware) makes up for areas that traffic x does not cover well such as Hawaii.Using that method though you would have to make sure WOai traffic is converted to fsx because WOAI traffic by default is Fs9 style and both fsx and fs9 can't be used together.WOAI website should provide the conversion tool for free or tell you where to get it.To answer your original question though you may have to open the traffic control center that came with the addon and compile the traffic in order for it to show up in fsx.

Maybe they should re-think no more sales because folks save pennies for sales which then creates income "spikes" for us." Me personally would have never bought Australia or any of it's airports if it weren't for sales as I don't fly there much. In that case it wouldv'e been a total loss of income on my part for them.Just to say some income is better then none from potential customers so they really should re-think that strategy.

They probably thought of the fact that you maybe flying to or from airports that did not support ground-service enhancement (pre GSX era) or you don't own any and you would still want to use airport vehicle traffic at other airports than the ones they created.

Does Quality Wings 757 get better fps than Captain Sim's. I have Captain Sim's and although I can run it pretty well on my rig it slow's to around 9-14 fps when flying in or out of Imagine Sims Klga with Manhatten X and GEX UTX REX (let's say I love my eye candy and don't want to get rid of it). I can fly most other planes to or from there without much issue but I got a thing for that 757 that's why I want to know if QW has better frames because if so I'd really consider it.And I also know that New York is demanding but that Visual river approach with the hard right over Central Park is awesome and I'm quite addicted to it so I just can't stay away from NYC. I would love to fly 757's there more but like I said CS's is kind of demanding on it's own let alone NYC.

Just keep an eye on it. You know it's going to happen so just be prepared for it. I also have the cyborg x with throttles and that's how I do it. It works like a charm.

I noticed the same thing but then I use track ir and leaned to the right and actually the centerline is in the center of the aircraft . I also checked this out in the real world by putting my car on the centerline in the road and it does kinda seem that it is lined up to my steering wheel but when i lean to the right in the car the centerline is in the center of my car so not a bug in fsx i guess it is just as real as it gets.

I have the same problem although I never figured it out so I just havn't flown this wonderful bird since I have been using EZdok.Just wanted to let you know your are not alone and a solution would be good. Anyone?????????????

My google search only shows this scenery for FS9, so I guess it's only a FS9 scenery and they are saying it's a FS9 scenery created and released in 2010 not that 2010 means it's for FSX

I usually pull up Flightaware and check my local airports or airports in a paticular area i wnt to fly and see what routes aircraft are flying. If I have that particular aircraft in FSX (I have tons of addon aircraft GA and commercial mostly payware and some freeware, so usually no problem there) I'll make the flightplan with FS Commander and fly that particular route. It works for me because alot of times I load up FSX and can't figure out what I want to do or where I want to fly so Flightaware helps me out alot and they also have most of the charts you'll need which you can print out.

The ISDT Beech does not come with a vc but you can definitely merge the fsx default vc to it. I have done it myself. The only thing that bugs me about it is the ISDT Beech doesn't have winglets but while in the default vc you have no choice but to have them.

Xtreme Prototypes LearMost of the freekin switches and nobs require the use of a mouse wheel. I use a laptop with the touchpad so this thing is just sitting in the hangar because where I usually fly I which is in my bedroom I don't have extra space too hook t6he mouse up. If I go in the basement to fly I have the space but then my wife complains because I'm not upstairs with her, so therefore I havn't gotten much use out of the thing and I bought it as soon as it was released. Not that any of this matters, as the flight dynamics suck so I probally wouldn't use it anyway. :(

The other day I was flying the freeking JS41 on a fspassengers flight and I over speed the thing and it broke up in midair killing my virtual self and all of my virtual passengers. I blame PMDG for the accident because they made such an awesome aircraft tha I was too busy admiring the darn thing from spot and the different aircraft views that I was not paying attention to my airspeed. Just joking :( I just want to say great work guys and keep it up.Travis

Shift + 1 pops up fs default gps with the J41 although I don't think the autopilot will follow as in default fsx aircraft, but it is good for reference purposes while flying.
