Xtreme Prototypes Gates Learjet 20 Series

Featured Replies

Fans,I am hoping to get a hold of this new release from Xtreme Prototypes. I always enjoy surprises as I did not previously follow the development of the Learjet 20 series but have wanted quality business jets. If anyone has acquired this package yet I would be pleased to hear a response.

Me too.Did not think Business Jets were Xtreme Prototype's thing ........ But very pleased to see it. VC looks a little cartoonish (look at the yoke) but I'm not judging the add-on yet, as I don't even have it yet! The other aspects of it may be really good.Seeing as the Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 for FSX seems to looking more like vapourware every day, it is good to see a new biz jet on the scene.Davido.

You are joking right? Eaglesoft FSX Citation X Extreme 2.0 is nearing the end of the Beta Test Cycle.Navigraph released an Airac Cycle under the Eaglesoft Banner for our FS9 and FSX Citation X Extreme 2.0 yesterday Septemeber 24, 2009.We hope to put the finishing touches on and release the promised FS9 CX2.0 Navdata Service Upgrade today, then complete the FSX CX2.0 Beta Process and release that project in a timely manner. More information will be available as we tie up the loose ends. :(

Hi Ron,I actually made that comment to see if you'd react :( !Dying to be proved wrong! - have all your products, so the comment was anti-eaglesoft, just based around frustration at how long it has taken for this one to reach us. (And frustration that you focussed in the FS9 product first, rather than the current version of the simulator, with a looooong wait from FS9 version to FSX version materializing).Moan over :( ........ and looking forward to eating my hat when the CX 2.0 is released soon .....Davido Barchetta

No problem Davido. We'll assist with salt and pepper and and hotsauce for your hat when the time is right. :(

Why wait, the currect ES CX works great in FSX ! I have both the ES and Wilco, Wilco is a hanger queen, actually it's in the boneyard now. If you like high and fast, that X is a rocket!

FSX CX1.0 does, FS9 CX2.0 does not work in FSX. Here is a link to see FSX CX2.0 Exterior: http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/forum/viewtopic...mp;p=8951#p8951

Finally the CX v2 is coming around! Happy days! This Lear series looks interesting, if someone can post some higher res screenshots that would be nice. One thing I noticed is no gauge backlighting, so the VC will be too bright at night. Also no cargo model! Was looking forward to flying around in Ameristar Learjets

HelloI hope it does have backlighting, reading their website they mention Back and front-lit 3D instrument panels
Access to Eaglesoft forums requires registration. Eliminates 'evil' posters. :(
Eaglesoft loves to highjack ...but the Lear 2X series does have backlite gauges. It's a nice aircraft.
