October 3, 200916 yr Haven't seen any discussions in this forum about subject and thought I'd bring it to everyones attention. It was released on Friday. JD has more details over at the Radar Contact forum. I'll wait until you "beta" people get it finalized.... :( Best regards,Jim Young
October 3, 200916 yr Couldn't get it to work properly, but this might be my own fault and lack of understanding of the underlying structure. I am sticking to MCE for ATC communications for the time being - since version 1.7 it is a real pleasure to use.
October 4, 200916 yr Moderator Thanks for bringing that to our attention. Once its complete I may give it a try. I always hated pressing the keys to respond. BTW, it say it's good for blind pilots or visually impared. I can see the need for visually impared, but I had no idea blind people fly flight sims. Good for them if they can, but I have no idea how you navigate an airport much less fly the plane if you are blind. One the good side at least if they cant see there is no worries about FPS and blurries. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
October 4, 200916 yr One the good side at least if they cant see there is no worries about FPS and blurries. That was one of the rudest and most immature comments I have ever read on Avsim. I am not saying you learn to deal with blurries that way as well.

I didn't mean anything bad, trust me, losing your sight has got to be one of the worst things that could happen to you, especially if your an aviator. My apologies if I offended anyone with that remark as it wasn't my intention. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
