IOW your pressing the 'ON' key but the FMS for some reasonis not receiving that input while FSINN is connected to Vatsim.Try the popup version of the FMS, and see if that makes any difference,or maybe try Squawkbox as an alternative to FSINN.Regards.Ernie.
October 20, 200916 yr FYI, I use FSInn on Vatsim every single time that I fly the JS41. A number of my colleagues do the exact same thing. No FMS issues. Bill Casey
October 21, 200916 yr Author Hi and thanks you all for your input.Just tried another start-up test (online) last night...Called up Ramp Manager (Shift+2) and clicked on GPU - Clicked on FMS and voila! It seems my initial problems were in my 'haste' I failed to notice only 1 engine was providing electrical power? So I tried reloading aircraft and going through full cold and dark startup and when both engines had stabalised and I switched over from BATT to GEN and all was fine?It would appear something had changed in the aircraft configuration between offline & online (possibly only one engine was unfeathered) :( This still leaves me with one question when I was having problems(!) why would all other avionics be on and running with electrical power and not the FMS?Thanks again everyone!Russ Russ Bailey
