HalloAll of a sudden, when I start a PMDG X flight, all panel display (MFD,...) keep black. I don't know what happened and since when this occurs. I checked my dll.xml but all (three ?) entries seem to be correct. What I realized, when opening a PMDG flight, normally a small window appeared (" Loading PMDG navdata , ...) - this does not happen anymore. Additionally, the add-on menu within FSX only shows PMDG sounds but all others (options, fuel, panel state, ... )are gone.May I kindly ask for assistance on this serious prblemHarry Martin EDIT: I posted this originally in the 747 Forum, but since this is a general problem with all my PMDG FSX installations (747, MD11, JS4100) I repost here in the General Forum. Have you tried to repair or reinstall? The installers have repair options, be sure to repair the C++ runtime distributal when prompted.

Thanks for reply!I tried the repair function - but no change. I also uninstalled/reinstalled/updated visual c++ packages: no changes. My last PMDG purchase/install was on 11-7. I would like to avoid a complete reinstall of all of my PMDG products (747,MD11,JS41) until no other way is possible. My last addon changes in FSX: FSGlobal 2010, Aerosoft Nice, Aersosoft AES, MyTrafficX update to 5.2b, F1ATR installation/deinstallation (refunded), and GEX Europe yesterday.any further help/suggestions appreciatedHarryp.s. I've read on other places that black panel gauges may also indicate a blacklisted key. I assure that my products are regular purchased (and I can provide details if necessary)

Sounds like it could be a validation issue, try contacting PMDG support.

PROBLEM SOLVED!Thanks for help guys. I reinstalled 747 SP, then I did the MD11 repair followed by the JS41 repair. All is fine again. I still don't understand what has happened - But we all know of pc and fsx mysteria ... :( Thanks againHappy FlyingHarry
