Hello,I fly every flight with the PMDG 737-800. But when I arrive at my destination airport and I am ready for the return flight a major problem comes up.When I arrive at the gate and I want to reset the FMC so that all the data from the flight that I've just done is cleared, I don't know how. Every time I delete every input that I've done but thats a lot of work.Is there a way to reset the FMC so that all the data is cleared?Thank you and sorry for not having the best English.Regards,Daniel Rosh.

hello Daniel, i have never done what you are trying to do but i think the easiest way is to go to world in taskbar and enter the airport you are at plus the gate click ok and the fmc will probably be clear, another way is to go to route page and if the airports are still there after your first flight then click left and right LSK and the airports should clear and fmc data gone. hop this helps. richard welsh

All you have to do to clear the FMC and set it up for a new route is enter a new DEST and ORIGIN on RTE page 1.

A quick question Ryan, which is perhaps related...Can I enter a new route en route? I tried recently and had real problems. The FMS didn't want to accept anything. I couldn't get out of the descent mode or anything...Just wondering if I am doing something specifically wrong (which is highly possible... these are not my day job...)Andrew

Both the real 744 and 737 have a Route 2 page in the FMC. You can build there an alternate route inflight, and later make it active.However in PMDG aircraft is only modelled in the 744.
