I obviously already have GEX and UTX installed. What is the proper installation procedure for landclass?Thanks for the help!!! | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
December 2, 200916 yr Well I rushed ahead and installed it. At first it was a little funky in some areas where I normally fly. But then I put it under UTX Urban landclass and that seemed to help a lot.Also, Bert - how do I get those stadiums like in your shot? | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Hi Ryan, I believe you are referring to me, Brian. To be honest, they are either in UT's custom objects, or, I downloaded them. Not sure.To answer your question about layering, I put my third party landclass between UT Urban, and UT Vegetation. That way, you can turn it off within the Scenery Library, and UT's non-urban lanclass will be used, if desired.I just think UT's landclass does a better job with the urban areas than Cloud9, but, you can always place Cloud9 above all the UT landclass to see what you think. Also, go into the Cloud9 folder and rename their seasonsc9.bgl file to seasonsc9.back, or seasonsc9.tmp (or similar), as most folks do not like the results they get by using it.
December 2, 200916 yr Look in.flightsim.com library. Making UT Urban primary over other landclass works.Sbuilder SBX 313 can be used to fix it.
