July 29, 201015 yr Hi IanYou are more than welcome, and I agree, I also find that sometimes less is more.@ EmillioThe repaints that I have done are in no way official PMDG repaints, they are just ones created for or requested by other Jetstream pilots, so the short answer is no they will not, but they will be kept available from the original download links as long as humanly possible, although I have lost a couple of repaints from the server during the recent revamp of the FileFront site (these things happen), but I should have backups of all my repaints, mainly as I never throw anything away, so if anybody does come across a file not found error, just let me know and I will upload a backup copy for them.Jim Hodkinson
July 29, 201015 yr Hi JimI have two repaint requests if you have the time:1. The Aeroflot Old livery (http://www.brazmodels.com/Tupolev/Tu-134/A...ion%20sheet.jpg)2. The Aeroflot New Livery (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/comm...-200_VP-BWH.jpg)thanks!
July 30, 201015 yr Hi HarmoodyFirst things first, you may or may not be aware, but the forum rules ask for you to sign all your posts with your full name, now as to the rights and wrongs of this I have no opinion other than this is their (PMDG
July 31, 201015 yr HiSorry about the delay, the real world got in the way of things yesterday, but not to worry I did manage to get some time in to get the two Aeroflot repaints done, so if you want to take them for a spin to see if they are close to what you wanted, then here is the download link for the files..http://www.filefront.com/17160526/J41_Aeroflot_Pair_01.zipAs always, if you need any changes, additions or subtractions, just let me know and I will try my best to assist.Take care, and have fun.Jim Hodkinson
July 31, 201015 yr Hi Jim,I have been searching for a Skytrans livery for J41, but no luck so far.If you can spare the time I would be grateful for a new Skytrans livery like these. The first one is standard and the second one is something of a challenge I think :( But the standard will do fine.New liveryTaipans liveryTake care
July 31, 201015 yr Hi MichaelThe first colour scheme should not be a problem, but as for the other, I have managed to get one of the players photographs (the one to the front of the aircraft colour scheme) that match the one on the fuselage side, but as for the other two at the rear I am afraid I have had no luck at all, and to be honest without those the repaint would no be worth starting, I did find two other players photographs that MIGHT fit, but then it would not be the scheme you were after. So the quick answer is yes I could do the standard colour scheme without much of a problem, but without some good source material, then the other is dead in the water, sorry about that, but if you could come up with any photographs of the same players in the same stance, well that is another matter.Let me know what you decide.Jim Hodkinson
August 1, 201015 yr Hi MichaelSorry about the delayed reply, but let me see what I can come up with for you on this one.Back as soon as I have something for you to take for a test drive.By the way looking at the photograph I managed to get, I was wrong about having one of the player photographs in the correct stance, so it would have had to have been three different players in different poses anyway.Jim Hodkinson
August 1, 201015 yr Hi MichaelI have managed to get some J41 repainting time in (I have been doing a couple of SibWings Bird Dog repaints recently), so I have managed to get the Skytrans repaint to a release version, so if you would like to take her for a spin to see if she is close to what you requested, then here is the download link for the files
August 2, 201015 yr Would it be possible to get a Aerolitoral repaint? I don't think they had any in real life but it sure would be nice to have one to fly in FSX.
August 2, 201015 yr Hi ?It really would be nice to know to whom I was talking to, not only because the forum rules request it, but it does make replying easier as without a name it is a little bit like replying

August 2, 201015 yr Hi MichaelNot a problem, take your time, and thank you for the kind comments, just let me know if you do have any issues or problems though.Jim Hodkinson
August 2, 201015 yr Hi ?It really would be nice to know to whom I was talking to, not only because the forum rules request it, but it does make replying easier as without a name it is a little bit like replying "hey you", and also as I have mentioned before, if I had come on to the forum and you request had disappeared due to the lack of a full name being added, I would not have seen it, and the only one affected would have been yourself, but it is your choice to take the gamble if you wish. But as for the repaint, yes it would from looking at some photographs of a SAAB in the Aerolitoral colour scheme, that I could put something together, and as for the airline not flying the J41, I am not that much of a purist, and it is your aircraft and simulation after all, so leave it with me and I will see what I can come up with.Jim HodkinsonI appologize. My name is Benjamin Bruchie and as you can tell I am new here. Thank you for pionting out that my posts needed my full name, I missed that. Concerning the repaint you are correct I am refereing to the same sceme that was on the SAAB 340. There are at least two different liveries that I have seen, one with the Aeromexico logo on the tail and one with a circle/spere on the tail. If its not too much trouble I would like the one with the Aeromexico logo. Thanks in advance.Benjamin Bruchie
August 2, 201015 yr Hi BenjaminThe apologies from my point of view is not really needed, but thank you anyway for it, I was just making sure that if in the future you required some technical assistance, that you would not have a problem with getting a reply from the PMDG team, whereas without a full name on your post you would not, although I really hope that you never need to get any technical help. That out of the way, I to noticed at least two different colour schemes for the Aerolitoral aircraft, as you say the big difference being the stylised head company logo on the tail, and the circle/sphere version, so you have saved me a post by giving me the information that I would have needed to do the repaint, which is the very next one to be put on the drawing board, so hopefully I should have something for you soon.Take care, and I will be back as soon as I can with the download link for the files.Jim Hodkinson
