December 1, 200916 yr Finally managed to do a comlete flight with no glitches the other day.Just one small thing tho...Spoilers deploy ok on touchdown, but i cant get them down again. What am i missing. Thanks for looking.
December 1, 200916 yr Normally, they store when props taken out of reverse. Try F1 to ensure flight idle. Dan Downs KCRP
December 2, 200916 yr I had same problem.Use F1 key to come out of reverse props and lower spoilers. This works every time on the J41. Digital Storm, Win 7 64-bit, Intel i5 4690k (OC 4.5 GHz), ASRock Z97, FSX Gold, two Dell monitors, 1x Samsung 500GB DDR, PC 8GB DDR3 (1866), RC4, DX10 Fixer,nVidia Inspector tuned by FSX DX10 "How To" Guide, nVidia GeForce GTX 970 (4GB),Opus, GEX, UTX, UT2, REX (4, Soft, Airports) FS Global 2008, PMDG JS41 & 737NGX, 750W Corsair
December 7, 200916 yr Rather than start a new thread let me ask you all this while I look through the manual tonight...After takeoff either in climb or cruise do you disarm the spoilers? When I disarm them and then re-arm them on approach they don RE Thomason Jr.
December 7, 200916 yr Rather than start a new thread let me ask you all this while I look through the manual tonight...After takeoff either in climb or cruise do you disarm the spoilers? When I disarm them and then re-arm them on approach they don't seem to deploy once I have landed and reverse the props?or do you leave them armed the entire flight? I have seen the green "Spoilers deployed" attention getter illuminate before but not sure why I am not getting them on each landing? I am probably doing something procedurally incorrect. Thanks,Robert ThomasonHi Robert,I would say leave them armed since that's one less thing to forget on the approach but it really shouldn't matter. I haven't checked it myself (toooo frustrated with the graphic problems right now). I believe procedure is to leave them armed.
