Could I possibly have a list of all 2D instrument panels used by FS2Crew for the FS9 MD11?

Is it possible to stop the 2D panels from popping up? Not necessarily remove the panels, just hide them? I don't mind the input menus but seeing half of PMDG's 60-some panels being displayed during a flight takes the realism out of using the VC.

Is there a way to keep FS2Crew from closing the panels after it's done? I tried moving all of the 2D panels used by FS2Crew to the lower left corner of my screen before I start flying and it's just like having an SDK.

I searched the forums and checked the SDKs and unfortunately I found no way (via the panel cfg at least) to 'force' a panel window to stay open after it receives a close command.Best,
