December 29, 200916 yr Hello againThis time I have a strange echo from the FO when I call for the "after takeoff checklist." The response is as it should be only it repeats after a few seconds. I don't know what could be the cause. Any ideas?
December 29, 200916 yr Hi I get it too , i was gonna post about it but you beat me to it .. PIC 737 and PMDG 737 versions. Rich

Rich I dont get it every flight so its quite hard to track down , im flying the PMDG version at the moment and its not happened this flight yet , although i just started on the runway and configured the A/C for take off , i get it quite a bit in the PIC version but again not every flight . December 30, 200916 yr Commercial Member If it's happens randomly to you, that's make it tough to troubleshoot.Perhaps you're pushing your system too hard?Try it in a less CPU intensive area away from too much AI traffic, 3d party scenery, etc. Also, be sure to update your sound drivers.Cheers, B. January 1, 201016 yr Hi Sound drivers are all up to date etc , also noticed that the FO sometimes dosnt put the gear into the off position.. this is with the PIC version that im flying at the moment , departed from FS9 default KSEA scenery . Rich

RichHi Rich,Gear off... 'sometimes' makes it tough. If you could find a way to consistently reproduce that I could fix it, but it's hard to fix what I can't reproduce. It should happen during the FO's after takeoff flow which happens when the flaps are up.After takeoff Checklist echo... same thing. Are you having the FO's voice come through the headset? If so, try having him come through the main speakers... see if it makes a difference. Also, perhaps this video will help. It's the PMDG 737 version, but it shares a lot of code with the 737 PIC version:http://www.youtube.com/user/FS2Crew B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
January 3, 201016 yr Just being doing some more testing with the Wilco 737 , i did a departure .. i left the Gear/flap window open and when calling for flaps up ,..the gear handle would be put into the off position fine , if the window was closed and i called flaps up then opened the window to see were the gear handle was it would stay in up and had not been moved to off ... i just kept on going back to the clean up window during the climb and did it again and again and thats what happened 98% of the time . I will do it a few more times just to be sure then get back to you . Rich

RichHi Rich,I can add a delay in the next update that will lengthen 'the pause' between the time the mini panel is opened and the time the simulated mouse click is applied to mini-panel in the area that results in the gear moving to the off position.I suspect that may be your issue there, and it's specific to your machine. What are your system specs? Are you running an older computer?Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
