January 1, 201016 yr If you have not looked at the program - I recommend you download and examine Plan-G by Tim Arnot - http://www.taosoft.co.ukIt offers some very interesting options - works much like FS-Nav which is no longer available for new users - works with both FS2004 and FSX.Plan-G also can be run and flight plans created/ tweaked without starting up Flight Sim.
January 1, 201016 yr Hi Reggie,Thanks for the tip, only problem I had is that the link you posted didn't lead anywhere Klas Member of AVSIM's Around the World Race Team
January 27, 201016 yr I just downloaded this and looked through the manual. It looks like a must have piece of software. Among other things it presents a map with detailed terrain elevation, both top-down and cross-section. It interacts with FS to incorporate whatever weather FS is using as well. I haven't used it yet but anyone who doesn't have FSNavigator or something similar should get this. James
February 26, 201016 yr Reggie, Thanks for the heads up on this program - truly a keeper. Didn't install it before the race since I almost always have problems with .NET setups and upgrades. Sure enough,, had the problems, fixed 'em up and got the program going last night. VERY NICE!Roman FS RTWR SHRS F-111 JoinFS Little Navmap
