February 10, 201016 yr Author Hi Folks - me again - Due to a major storm in Northeast USA I've had lots of time to play with my new FR Super Cub. Lots of fun inside today with the Cub and Snowshoeing tomorrow.I eventually changed various settings to find those I felt gave me best control of the Cub. I reset Joystick Sensitivity to DEFAULT (about 50%) and REALISM (flight model) also to about 50% and find that the cub performs much better in all areas. Something else I've not always paid attention to but should and that concerns "Read The Fact filled Manual". After reading the manual and flying as it details I found my experience was much better. Makes sense huh, but when I first got the plane I just wanted to jump in and start flying. Note for Alan: I find she's even easier to trim with those settings and not nearly as hyper as with the recommended realism settings. I'm happy with the bird right now as far as controls are concerned. Now what to do about the exterior paints? I have the Classic Bush package and while there are some repaints for other packages I haven't been able to find any for Classic. If anyone knows of some that are available or in the works I'd appreciate a heads up.So far I'm happy with the way the Super Cub handles - STOL take offs and landings are loads of fun - just the reason I bought this plane. She'll be great in the PNW (Pacific North West) that Orbx should be issuing soon.If I come up with any more info I'll put it in this thread. Thanks to all for your input especially Alan for his mini review thoughts.Howard
