January 31, 201016 yr Hi today i took my js41 for a 4 sector trip around new zealand (NZPM-NZNS-NZCH-NZQN-NZCH) on the first sector it was raining at both airports (NZPM-NZNS) the water effects from the engines worked fine. but on the ground in NZCH (no rain) they were still there and in the air on the NZCH-NZQN-NZCH sectors they were there also is this a known problem?? Is there a way to turn the effects off ??Chris Finlay
January 31, 201016 yr I just saw a thread here recently where someone mentioned it is a FSXism... so, I guess the answer is no. I believe weather is absolutely the worst thing MSFS does. Dan Downs KCRP
January 31, 201016 yr Yeah, this tends to be a FSX thing, has happened to me in various planes. Jay Vorkapic

Ruins an otherwise nice view when it's raining heavy. The animations just don't do it for me.Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync.
