As is described In 8.9 Page 18: They can only operate in DEPLOY mode during landing roll.Thus, in must meet the other arming criterea listed there- but you also must leave the ground...
So if I'm reading this thread correctly, there is no spoiler deployment on a rejected takeoff? The system is only armed by leaving the ground? Then what's the point in 'arming' the system prior to takeoff, and not just before landing? :(
