Does anyone know if PMDG is still in buisness? I purchased the MD11 pack for FSX and FS9 and can't install because no password came with files. I have tried for days to get in touch via email. But No Response. Hope the customer service is not indicative of the product they sell

Yeah, I think they are... Hold on a sec, let me check........... YES, definitely! I know this because I just bought the FSX MD-11 and the FSX 744-748 2 days ago and I can tell you that there is no "password" in the "files". You would have to use your order ID number which is clearly posted in the confirmation email I'm sure you recieved after the purchase. And I'm not a staff member, but you really should post your full name in here, we all have to, so should you.

The installer is pretty clear that the user name is your email and the password is implied to be the same as that required to log into your account at the pmdg site. If that doesn't work, log into your account at pmdg to verify it has the same info as you think it does.
