Windows 6 Pr064 question

Featured Replies

I have found that most/all of the Dreamfeet aircraft, the Flight 1 Commander 112, andthe Aerosoft DO-27 aircraft do not work properly with Windows 7 Pro64. Before I begin their re-installation, can anybody tell what my chances of successfully loading the PMDG 747, the Level-D 767, and Wicos 737 PC and their Embraer aircraft?Tom

I have win 7 64 bit and can assure that level d 767 works, also I have a few flight 1 aircraft that work but do not have the commander 112 so cannot comment on it.You may want to check to make sure it is installing in the right place, I know there are 2 program files within win7, program files and program files(86) or something like that.

 Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

You should have no problems with LevelD, PMDG 747, Wilco 737 and the ERJ aircraft. KJ

The C112 works if you replace the autopilot - I don't have the Do-27, but all others you mention work just fine.DJ

I reinstalled the DF 727 and had the following problems:- The configuration manager would not function because in could not find its active X component- Although the aircraft loaded without any problems in its default configuration, FS9 crashed when I selected another default weather themeHas anybody else seen these problems and is there a solution?I really like this aircraft, I think it is one of the best products ever produced for FS9.Thanks (once again)Tom

The config manager problem is well known and discussed at some length over on the DreamFleet forum at Flightsim.com - take a look for solutions.I have no idea what caused your crash... I run the DF727 on a Win 7x64 setup without issues so it's not clear what might have happened. You might make sure that the 'render to texture' option is set on and see what happens.DJ
