FSX + Acceleration

Featured Replies

I'm doing a clean install of FSX. Is there any performance advantage to doing an install with acceleration as opposed to using SP1 and SP2?

I believe that the main benefit is additional aircraft and carrier missions - not performance, compared to SP2.

Not exactly what you asked, but some add-on aircraft won't work properly without Acceleration (e.g. Flight Replicas Supercubs)Frog

nVidia GTX770 2Gb
Windows 8.1 64 bit

Thanks to both of you for your response. I went with just the SP1+2. There wasn't anything in acceleration that I would have used a lot.
