That's a typo there, it should be US$400 million or US$400m - it can happen to anybody.

Yup - happens to me sometimes too, especially if I'm in a hurry.Thinking about the US$400m fine, it may seem a lot but really isn't that impressive considering its the total fine for 9 big multinational companies, some of them make monstrous revenues yearly ($$ billions usually). Especially if engaged in price fixing activities.Funny to see that actually only one of the companies is from the EU - Infineon.

400 million is a drop in the bucket for these guys. As for the typo, it most certainly happens to me as well.
