I did all your fantastic tweaks, but I found out that usepools set to 0 brings me the best smooth experience in FSX. But this white flashing artifacts and black strippes occur all the time, especially flying turns and flying through clouds, also the clouds are flashing then. Do you have some good hints for me? Without usepools set to 0 i receive stutters. Also the corrections for Rejected Thread tweak doesn't bring me the smoothness like with usepools set to 0. Please help me, I'm really frustrated with this issue on an I7 2600K.My specs: I7 2600KClocked to 5 GHZRam: 16GB 1600 MHZGTX 580 Tom Romero Sanchez Finca La Costa / Mallorca www.fincalacosta.com
October 12, 201114 yr Performance with this tweak has really made a huge difference, and I'm flying with FSX much more as a result, but it has introduced instability. Mostly just as I'm approaching an airport. Is there any tweaking that can be done to balance the performance/stability ratio a bit more? Any comments are appreciated.Remove the BP "tweak" if it doesn't work for your system. It doesn't work for everyone. Best regards,Jim

I may actually try it again as my hardware has changed quite a bit since then. - Aaron

I use the UsePools=0 tweak and so far it has not crashed FSX. Best regards,Jim
October 12, 201114 yr Hey fellas, I have the strangest reject threshold value of =32750. Don't ask me where I got it from, I just continued testing and testing different values until I found the one that works. My system is pretty much how I like it, except under load if I spin the external camera around quickly I get flashes, but it's nothing for the 20-25% performance boost it has given me!
