You can't go too high. I'm up for a 1000+ W PSU when "time" allows, 'cause I can't get to 4.2GHz on my Q9650. Spent too much time clocking, not realizing my system was starving for juice. Especially if you have power hungry gpu as well, it's good to have more than enough effect from the PSU.

Yeah the 1000w by corsair is fine - overkill imho thoughThis is all you need:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...9&Tpk=tx850It's not about the watts, its more about the amperage on the 12V rail... Some PSU's have multiple 12v rails, but this one listed has a single powerful 70A rating... that's what you want. This Seasonic unit is another great choice, this one has two 12v railshttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817151083

The Ultra Products X4 850W is made by Andyson who also make units for Hiper and Sunbeam, as such I would consider them fairly low end.If you want quality then get a Seasonic or a Corsair, the Corsair HX units are mostly made by Seasonic. The Corsair TX units are mostly made by Channel Well Technology also a decent manufacturer but not in the class of Seasonic.
