Why do you keep telling people that when clearly the title of these forums states: "The Level D 767 and PIC 767 Unofficial Forum"This isn't paid-for-support, but the community might have an answer you're unable to provide.

The load manager is not a fuel manager AFAIK. I've always just calculated estimated fuel by visiting http://fuel.aerotexas.com/, then factored that in for weight considerations by adjusting the scale on the load manager. I manually set the fuel in the fuel and payload section of FS.

Thanks, El Kabong.I refer some people to go to the OFFICIAL SUPPORT FORUM because this is NOT THE OFFICIAL SUPPORT FORUM. Some people post here because they don't know of the existance of the OFFICIAL SUPPORT FORUM, or cannot access the OFFICIAL SUPPORT FORUM. They may have illegally downloaded the product. So, they come here hoping a kind-hearted person will help them out.IF people post here for SUPPORT for the Level-D Simulations 767, I direct them to the OFFICIAL SUPPORT FORUM. The question above is clearly a SUPPORT QUESTION.

No offence but I hate selfih people!you are then only one devoloper so far that i know for fs that takes extra registration for support. Now what if people how fisrt download cracked to test it how works etc.caouse he wont spend money on thng that is not good and then recive hell of bugs and 0 support.and when they test plane and IF THEY come on problem and search help they recive directions how to spend money first.I know..now this crisis make things even worse people want buy software so they crack them and devoloper are loosing money and are searching the way how to take out money from people.Put things on internet makes them public and everybody can see tehm and get them soner or later somebody will crak them.Look at PMDG they are not that so selfish with answers.I dont know why you have problems with kind-hearted person. No ofence DShutt!!!!I am just trying to tell you that you cant win against pirates and to stop being selfish.Somebody might buy your product if you be more kind person and show them taht you have great support and you enjoy making pople happy when they use your product.Without taking money on hard way!!

I guess I should have clarified. You stated "This forum is for the 767PIC." in your first reply which is incorrect given the title of the forums. Although I do agree that piracy of the LD767 is a problem and free support to those who have not paid for the product is not appropriate, I also believe that people have a right to ask any question they want regardless of how they came across acquiring the 767. That's not to say they will get an official Level-D answer or even the right answer from the community itself, but telling people "don't ask here" is a bit rude (I've noticed this message is pretty consistent from LD staff on a variety of other forums and it always comes across as insulting). If you're uncomfortable with community answers to what should be paid-for-support questions, might I suggest you contact the AVSim staff and have the title changed to avoid further support posts on your products. Otherwise just accept the fact that people will always try to use community support options first if they don't want to pay for it. That doesn't mean LD has to support them (or even participate in the process if it's such an insult.)Just my .02 on the matter.

Pirates do not deserve any support, or answers to questions regarding any product they have illegally downloaded. If you're able to rip a product off then you should be able to figure out how to use the product and fly the plane without assistance. The 767 comes with a Flight1 30 day day money back guarentee - that should be enough time to assess the product. When I post here, I am doing my job, letting legititmate users know where support is offered. I am also honouring the investment of thousands of users and a team of developers that have invested thousands of hours into the product.

Just because someone posts a question here, it does not necessarily mean they have a pirated copy. Some people just don't feel comfortable signing up for yet another forum just to ask a simple question they feel the community might have an answer for. If you're smug to everyone who asks a technical question about the LD767, you're just setting yourself up for community backlash. I understand your 'duty' to inform others about the official support forum, but it's also OUR duty to let them know they have a choice when seeking support. The community mantra 'YMMV' carries a lot weight around here, so whether you're a pirate or an owner of a legal copy it should be understood that support is 'unofficial' and completely 'voluntary' unless you're using official channels. It would be much easier to agree with you if your previous posts hadn't expressed such an attitude when your motives are questioned. Everyone is entitled to be a jerk, but when you represent the company you are trying to defend it doesn't look good to potential customers when you act unprofessionally.

Perfectly said from start to finish.
