Hi to all,I have a product activation problem with the JS4100 Turboprop that I've bought in the past.I've recently installed Windows 7 on my computer and now when I insert my Product Activation Code and click on "Activate" the activation window keeps popping up saying "This game needs to connect to the Internet to activate. Please make sure your internet connection is active and enter the activation code included with the game".My internet connection is active but the activation process doesn't seem to work.How can I fix this?Thank you in advance.Francesco Monzeglio

Hi,today i´ve setup my computer. After Installation of Win7 64 and FSX, i installed the 747 (with expansion) and the MD11 witthout any activation problems. Only the activation of the Jetstream making problems. The same issue like the user posts above. The activation window is popping up again after inserting the activation license.What i´m doing wrong?Kind regardsMartin FleckerEDIT: During the activation process i turned the AnitVirus and Firewall off.

Yeap, same here, I can't activate my J41 since yesterday Cry.gifEDIT:There was some problem with activation server, I was informed via ticket that this problem is solved now, but I see it's not. We'll have to wait for solution.

Hi, same here, I purchased the JS4100 yesterday all installed ok but the activation window just pops up again displaying the message as above. I have e mailed PMDG but as yet no reply.I can access the aircraft but no systems are running. As said by others I have no problems with the MD-11 or 747X. Lets hope they solve it soon.Harry in France

I'm afraid we'll have to wait till Monday.

I feel better now I know Im not the only one!Been trying for the last two days! No luck

THANK GOD I am not the only one. I purchased this yesterday and until today, I am still trying to figure out this activation pop up. I emailed their support group already but no response. Will let you know as soon as I get word from them.
