October 18, 201015 yr Gentlemen / Ladies,I posted thie in PMDG 747-400 support fourms also.As soon as I load the PMDG 747-400 aircraft into Flight Simulator X all the primary flight display gauges are blank, if I click on the blank spot a popup window opens displaying the gauge as working.In 2d panel mode the gauges work perfect, it is only blank and dark in virtual cockpit. Also when the blank spot in Virtual cockpit is clicked there is a one second delay showing a "Flight SimulatorX" background image before the popup window opens and displays the working gauge in that window, as soon as the popup window is closed again the gauge in the virtual cockpit is blank.Please let me know how to correct this situation.Thanking You,Best Regards,Aftab. I supposed you could try reinstalling it, just make sure to back up your liveries if you dont already have a saved copy of them.Also, just because you searched the topics in that forum and couldn't find an answer doesn't mean that you can't post the question there since they are the experts on thier own software and you will probably get a faster answer asking in their forum. Personally if I have a question about an addon and the developer has a forum for their product, that's usually my first stop to post my question.Just make sure you sign your first and last name when you post your question there.Aftab. October 19, 201015 yr It was mentioned earlier--this issue is usually related to a license issue so you need to contact PMDG directly. You need to sign your last name to the post so that they can verify a legitimate license. The software is not broken but there may be something wrong with your key.You will not likely need to reinstall windows. Jim Atkins
