To me it looks like some simmer's mediocre FSX setup, with a lack of smoothness as well.

It is however ESP, which is based on FSX.

The licensing agreement for Prepar3d explicitly prohibits using it for any entertainment-based purposes whatsoever, only professional simulation purposes are allowed. Considering the target market, the graphical flaws in the video would be fairly negligible provided that it has the functionality that is required of it.

It seems like they are making it into an ATC sim, a ship sim, and a land vehicle sim. hmm, interesting...

which was the whole purpose of ESP, provide a base program and allow for whatever a company wanted to build on top of it.
