November 8, 201015 yr I think it might relate to flight hours made when an IFR flight plan is in progress as far as FS is concerned, since in instrument conditions the correct terminology would be IMC (for Instrument Meteorological Conditions). Although I prefer the 'on instruments' description in Airplane: Allol loved tht movie As those millions of stars vanished

And I thought I spent a lot of time on Flight Sim X. But then again, I like to do short flights, regardless of the airplane I am flying. I just don't see the point in sitting there for hours at a time watching the screen. Lol.
