November 8, 201015 yr I currently run 3x ASUS LCD monitors through a TH2Go set up and was wondering if there was a better way? Is it possible to use a GTX480 and have 2 monitors plugged in via DVI and one using HDMI? If so do I need any special drivers and will FSX and FS9 recognize this type of set up?John John
November 8, 201015 yr Hi,The only way to run three monitors via GTX480 is with two (SLI / Surround) video boards. Without two boards its not possible unless you use the TH2Go. I started with a TH2Go Digital but did not like the fact I was limited to a lower resolution than my monitors native res. With the two video boards I am now able to run at 5760x1200x32.Hope this helps answer your question. November 28, 201015 yr Hi Mike I have a simular setup...that being 965...3-24" samsung monitors,..2 -GTX480 s in sli..and tried to connect all monitors, with DVIcables..instead of TH2 GO , I wanted it in surround , however it is not working for me, for instance with the PMDG 747 when clicking on the view menu from the VC,it caused the lower half of the screen to go black and the mouse to only show the hour glass and not click on otheritems as the hour glass stayed with the arrow...plus other things also took place.could you explain...how you hooked it up..with the 3 screens..as I had to go back to the TH2 go, but, would love to get the surroundand the higher res ..working,If you could find the time , it would certainly help out this non-computor..old man,Thank youBest RegardsDon Nelson
November 30, 201015 yr Hi Don,Are you cycling through the screens?. If you are, it may be the 2d screen that is causing the problem. I had to edit all my aircraft's panels and add the following to all the 2D panel entries.window_size=0.333, 1.000 Former Beta Tester - (for a few companies) - As well as provide Regional Voice Set Recordings Two: AMD-9950X | One: AMD-7950X3D | Three: Asus TUF 4090s | Three: 64GB DDR5 RAM 6000mhz | Three: Cosair 1300 P/S | Three: 990Pro 2TB NVME One: Eugenius ECS2512 - 2.5 GHz Switch | Three: Ice Giant Elite CPU Coolers | Three: 75" 4K UHDTVs | One: Boeing 737NG Flight Deck
