I am having an issue with the Cargo Caravan in all repaints. The only add-on repaint is the fed ex feeder the other 2 came with the download. When I pick and exterior view at Orbx PNW add-on Concrete, Orbx PFJ Annette island, and at Tongass Fjords X Sitka all my menu lettering gets washed out as well as ATC box. The scenery gets blurry and dull to. I do not have any issue with the passenger Caravan or any other of the many add-on aircraft I have. I have asked for help on the Orbx forum but since it is happening at different add-on sceneries and only with the Cargo Caravan it must be that airplane. I can't figure it out and was just hoping some people would have ideas. That is a very odd issue! The best thing would be to compile a list, step by step of how this happens so you can reproduce it. Then post it here, and email Carenado support with that list.

Let me take a guess, since I've seen similar things happen with the Lancair HD.I believe this is a sign that your system is getting overtaxed by the combination of HD textures in and onthe airplane, combined with all the detail at the custom airport. This is not an issue with any one component,but rather FSX throwing up it's hands when it cannot handle the load, the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.Try dialing back some of the detail in FSX and see if the problem persists.

Thank you for the replies. I had a sneaking suspicion about the overtaxing. It seems logical. What throws me off is that it does not happen to the Pax version. Must be something in the detail with the cargomaster. Maybe the cargo boxes??? It also only happens on exterior view. After a few minutes in cockpit all is fine again.
