Hi All, after i load J41 and startup and load a FMS plan etc, i sync HDG Bug however after about 10 mins into a flight i get a amber HDG mesg in the EHSI........and the compass is misaligned and HDG bug when depressed in LNAV mode is always offset, ive tried to re align on gound without luck..............anyone had the same?attached file with amber HDG msg.anyone with clues how to reslove this, ive tried hitting D for re alignment but no luck.all i can think of i and IRS alignment but not sure how to correct it

This is usually solved by turning off the vapor cycle air conditioning, which shouldn't be used in flight.

Why the H*** is it called "cabin cooling" in the cockpit, then? I've been looking for that switch for ages now! :( I wonder where the "auxiliary heat" switch is... Is it the one called "cabin heat"?
