Make sure one of your VHF selectors is on ie: the light is displaying https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/196256#modal-large-photo

Thanks JR, I have been initialising the FMS /CDU but overlooked the flight number will enter on next trip and see how it goes. Thanks for the help. In my day job I’m used to Honeywell Primus Epic MCDU! but have been simming for 25 years and have had all PMDG products for many years always something to learn in the Sim and real world. PMDG have really excelled with the -8 it’s awesome and that’s coming from a rotary guy ill report back tommorow 🙂

Im the same NO COMM, unfortunately can't log into ACARS on both the 400 and -8. Centre CDU is saying flight not initialised when i have completed this process on upper CDU's.

Hi all / Robert, I love the -8 amazing, however I was into a flight from YSSY to YBCS for my third short haul test. After approx 2.0hrs and preparing the FMS for the STAR and APP the FMC froze however the flight was still continuing. I loaded the approach and went to execute and it wouldn't sequence and the white light on EXEC was still highlighted and no cursor clicks could change menu pages on FMC. Map to Plan rotational knob would not work as the flight continued as normal. All other features still had full functionality. Any ideas guys? Regards Steve

I second Jims comments above, Ive just downloaded -8 and doing my first short trip from YMML-YSSY and i must say wow am I impressed, love the EFB!. I can't wait to delve a bit deeper into the systems. Congrats to the PMDG team again for another outstanding product, you never fail to deliver.

Ive got the same issue also Flyboya321. no response to throttle and its set at max tq.

Yes each black triangle is 50kts and each line is 10kts. EDIT: Sorry didn't see the above post mentioning the same, must the time delay it takes to get down under I flew back from NZQN to YSSY yesterday ITRW as pax on an A320 and we had 100+kts headwinds and rather rough midway across the Tasman. A friend sent me a flight radar shot last night of an Qantas 737 from YBRM-YSSY doing 632Kts GS!

Hi Richard, Your welcome!, I'm glad you got it sorted!. I had some good advice from the PMDG team and hence thought id post their reply to me to try and help out here. I only run P3D on my system so cannot comment on the FSX side of things. (Although I did swap from FSX to P3D early in the year but i built a new PC for P3D) Im guessing you do the same for FSX folders?. Hi Scott, If you try the steps outlined above in my post courtesy of the PMDG team that should solve your issues .

Update: I sent a ticket and the guys were very prompt, thankyou. I uninstalled every 747 folder from my PC and re-downloaded again from my account, reloaded and everything seems normal again :). Richard: Try these steps.

Ive got the same issue except I have Fuel Lo Stab R and Stab L. Master caution not resetting.
