Fly Tampa Vienna Snow Textures

Featured Replies

Hi AllJust a quick quesion; I recently departed Fly Tampa's Vienna V2 in a snow storm, but noticed that I had no winter / snow airport textures even though all of the surrounding textures were covered in snow.Does anyone know how to 'enable' them, ie, under what weather criteria(?) are the snow textures loaded? Many thanksGary

Winter I assume, December 21st....I do think that in a snow storm you should see snow on the ground too, no matter the season. FT has a great forum and George and Martin (who do the scenery's) are always on there and very helpful.

Wander over to http://www.uk2000scenery.com/newsite/ and take a look at the forum section for Gatwick V3 for a discussion of snow and airports in FS. There are limitations...DJ

It definitely does have great snow textures - I did a recent departure there too and particularly admired how good the "drifting snow" looked on the taxiways. Select your date to a winter time and you'll be pleased with what you see
