Minor Change Request

Featured Replies

Hey Bryan,Happy new year!I got some decent mic-time with the LDS-763 and FS2Crew voice edition over my Holiday break and I whish to make a very small request. If you ever had the code open again, could I ask that you possibly move the de-activation of the red beacon light to NOT happen until I call for the shutdown checklist? Currently it happens (IIRC) right after I hit the fuel cutoff switches. With the current implemntation, the N1 gauges are still at about 15% when the beacon is turned off and this is generating a penalty in my FS Flight Keeper logger. I have learned over the Holiday break to quickly turn it back on to keep from getting the penalty - it expects to be below 5% N1. I think this is the only flavor (that I can recall) of FS2Crew, voice or button editions, that turns off the beacon so quicly after fuel cutoff. If you could move the beacon turn-off to not happen until I actually call for the shutdown checklist, that would be a big help. Isn't this the way it works in the PMDG74x voice edition? I can't remember...Thanks for considering...

hi Bryan,Yes,. this would be a great idea even if there is a chance for the door as you have on some other edition (dont know if its b737 where i have to give the command for opening the door). I use AES and FsPassenger. First as Jordan said the N1 gauges are still high, they are opening the door passenger are leaving the plane even-tough the finger or the steps are not there yet. If you are thinking of some update to do ot would be great to implement those 2 things - beacon and door. Thanks a lot!Daniel
