A/C download problems

Featured Replies

I'm having problems when downloading 3rd party aircraft. The problem is that the planes are missing the external parts: the skin, engine.wings etc.I'm only getting the internals such as airfreight boxes and the pilot. Some a/c are only showing gauges and no panels, others look like a ghost.I running WindowsXP, Nvidia 7600 GT+, 2 gigs RAM, View Sonic VX2035 monitor. By the way I have used these planes before so I don't know why this is happening. HELP!! Sinr56.

.... and did you change your shaders or WaterConstants.Xml ?

Sounds like you didn't follow the instructions for adding the shader3 mod to your game. You need to make the entries in the fsx.cfg file too

1st question: what version of FSX do you currently have? FSX without the Service packs, +SP1, +SP2 or Acceleration? 2nd question: What aircraft of these types display the anomalies above? For which version of FSX are they suited to? Dave.
