January 7, 201115 yr Author I run chkdsk and no errors or corrupted files found.The problem is not only Ksea but also around Ksea ( KBFI, KRNT .....)
January 7, 201115 yr Author These airports are inside same bgl file WA84, KSEA, KBIF, KRNT and KTIW AP915150.bgl. And also KTCM but it will not hangup FS9.

January 9, 201115 yr Author No it did not resolve the problem but helped to resolve it. The problem was caused by some bgl file from London City Airport scenery. I did nto checked what file and reinstalled the scenery and now FS9 is working OK.

January 10, 201115 yr In the FS9.cfg under the section [uSERINTERFACE] delete the entry following "SITUATION=" , then restart. You may have a bad WX file, or a crappy FS9.cfg written by the last flight save. It's a boatload better than deleting the whole FS9.cfg & rebuilding. This little trick works especially well when in the FS9.cfg setting of the section [sTARTUP] SHOW_OPENING_SCREEN=0 .... You have no control of bad flights, WX, CFGs etc.. if it is set to this.
