Im actually wondering if it is "air droppable equipment"... perhaps a life raft.The details on this page are sketchy but I'm guessing they don't open and doors in flight to toss out a raft. HKGFS J41 Specifications.The reason it is only installed on the Hong Kong Livery is because it only exists on this airplane in the real-world. In hind sight, I suppose we should have tagged it differently so it could appear on any repaint.

It has got to be the search and rescue radar system. This C295 aircraft has a similar setup, notice the accompanying elongated window above the radar system just like in the Hong Kong J41. From what I can tell the black shroud for the radar dome is a special plastic made to withstand rocks kicked up by the front gear that fiberglass would not withstand over time.

B looks like a camera of some kind, most likely normal and thermal/infared.

B is the camera system.
