I seem to find the East/West ruling is most acceptable with FSX ATC and I find conflicting information on any North/South rules. Many thanks, I will look for an English wording later as I cannot easily translate the .PDFs as they are protected from copy/paste. If I can find a conclusion for a N/S rule and I will provide a switchable setting for it.

I'm not sure how ATC handles it but we can use it in those regions.
