February 2, 201115 yr The last few flights I have had a new "error" appearing at the end or near the end of a flight. I'm flying the LVLD B-767 with RD4 and Flight Deck Companion Active Cockpit. When this error appears the info in the RD4 (or FSUIPC Display) window disapears. I can minimise and find this error on my desktop : "FSUIPC- Wait, cannt get D0008 to change from 3550442 always 3550442."I think I remember that on differant flights the numbers in the message change. What does this error message mean? What do the numbers mean?Is there a way to fix this problem? How?Thanks jerrycwo4

February 2, 201115 yr Here's the update links for FSUIPC:Get the base FSUIPC version from:http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmland then interim update from the modules link on this page:http://forum.simflight.com/forum/142-download-links/FSUIPC now self installs initially based on your registry entry for your FS path. Check that with this free utility:FSX/FS9 Registry Repair Tool (36KB) from http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library
February 4, 201115 yr Author Thanks you so much for the info on the up-date. I had never heard of an "interm" update. I had been sucessfully flying with FSUIPS version 3.75 and I now use a "if it ant broke downt fix it" method, that's the version I had been using, OK. I did download the new version, 3.98 with an "interm update. I'll give those a try and see if it fixes my latest error. I do use the registered versions. Thanks again. jerrycwo4

Thanks again. jerrycwo4It won't make any difference. I have the latest versions, including the "interim" update but it still happens to me from time to time. Nobody seems to know why or what the cause is. Trouble is it never happens when I've set up to make a log! The annoying thing is that the error message comes up behind the FS screen as I don't run in Windowed mode. So the first I realise something's amiss is when RC has gone silent for a while.Iain Smith
February 6, 201115 yr That can be a performance issue where RC can't get to FSUIPC or FSUIPC can't get top FS in time, or data in FS itself is not updating. There is a long thread regarding that somewhere in this forum. I thought FSUIPC was changed but search for that thread.
