Will PMDG make the 747x for Microsoft Flight?

Featured Replies

I have been hoping that PMDG will make the 747 for Flight but does anyone know whether this will happen or not because the 747 needs a new upgrade to be back up there with the NGX, MD-11 etc?

'Flight' isn't even finished itself.................................................:( Go figure... Will PMDG make their 777 compatible with Aerosoft's new flight sim??? Duh...no one knows. - On a serious note, I think it's too early to know about how you'd develop addons on the new platform!

Yea, took my first flight in a while there today in the 744, YPPH - VHHH, and it was really showing its age, but Microsofts flight is still a good2 to 3 years down the line, and even after that the developers will still have to learn how to Develop for that sim and create a new base so your talkinganother 1.5 to 2 years again... A remake though for FSX would be nice in the next year or two though :(

There's no information about Flight yet - we have no idea what it entails for addon makers. Our plan is to release the NGX and then make a 777, that is it.

I think they released that as the 747-8i if I am not mistaken.
