February 22, 201115 yr Hi, I tried this but the chart drawing was terrible on my machine. I kept losing tile squares. I have other moving maps which use Google earth with hybrid options and the refresh is great. I am wondering if the sectionals cause more of a load due to resolution or the size of the chart. I wish I knew the issue, but for now I cant use it which is disappointing. I am glad it worked for you!RegardsBob If you like having sectionals and low and hi enroute charts (US only) with your plane, trafficand weather, check out Blue Skys newest addon....and the best part is, it's free!Blue Sky rocks!http://www.blueskysc....com/index.html Officially retired

February 22, 201115 yr Commercial Member I believe only the U.S. provides electronic access to all the charts for free.If other countries do so, then it is obvious that it's difficult to determine that easily. Ed Wilson Mindstar AviationMy Playland - I69
February 27, 201115 yr Hi, I tried this but the chart drawing was terrible on my machine. I kept losing tile squares. What do you mean by "I kept losing tile squares" ?There are already several hundred BSSMM users and I never heard of this problem. The used bandwidth isn't that much. So it shouldn't be any problem. --------------------------- Blue Skies, Gottfried www.blueskyscenery.com

February 27, 201115 yr Hi,Not sure if it was bandwidth either. It may have just been a connection issue to the server I guess but not sure.I have not had a chance to zero in on the problem. I installed it on a client and I thought it may have been a simconnect issue. I will try again to see if I experience it again.RegardsBob What do you mean by "I kept losing tile squares" ?There are already several hundred BSSMM users and I never heard of this problem. The used bandwidth isn't that much. I do not believe I stated it was the software, only that I experienced this, and in betweenthe lines I was somewhat asking if anyone else had experienced this. Kind RegardsBob We were flying the other day and one of the guys was complaining that no matter what he did it wouldn't work.
