February 22, 201115 yr February 22, 2011I am using FSX on Xp and Windows 7.The "standard.cfg" file does not record the Joystick's buttons selection but merely the graphics, general scenery, Display, panels, Terrain, Weather, and some AI traffic. When using different planes, the joystick buttons may have to differ (example PMDG 747, Dodosim,, Embraer, etc.)I have not found any Add-on which would keep such registrations. Is there any ?If not, what are the FSX files whre such registrationsare kept ?Indeed, it would be easy via a series of batches, to substitute such files when needed according to the plane used. Thanks to everybody for the help.Candide

Is there any ?You've not heard of FSUIPC? You can have all assignments, buttons, joysticks, keypresses, assigned specific to different aircraft, or use Profiles for different classes of aircraft, and these are automatically changed as you load different aircraft. And this includes, if you need, different calibrations and response curves for each axis control.Pete Win10: 22H2 19045.2728 CPU: 9900KS at 5.5GHz Memory: 32Gb at 3800 MHz.
