No Voice version for iFly 737 for FSX...?

Featured Replies

Hi Bryan,I have used both the button and voice versions of FS/Crew and must admit I hesitated a bit before I bought my first voice version of FS2Crew and now I wouldn't want to be without it!The upcoming iFly 737 for FSX is very exciting news but as I understood it you won't release a voice version of FS2Crew for that a/c? Too ba if that is the case since I believe the voice version of your already great products adds so much to that sense of realism and must say I'm a bit surprised if this actually is the case considering how positive you were about the voice versions yourself when I had trouble choosing if I should go for the button or voice version in the past.

I'm also a big fan of the Voice Commander versions. I recently bit the bullet and got the button control for the iFly and must say that for button control it's quite excellent, although I do still wish it was a voice edition. The official answer I have seen is that there is no plan to do a voice version. However, one of Mr. York's more recent posts in response to this questions was more on the tone of "we'll see". So, I'll remain hopeful without much cause. I particularly am hoping for a voice version, as those other guys making an NG are starting to loose some major points with promises of more information in "a couple days", then waiting weeks, and some of the micromanaging and political BS happening in their forums. Of course, realistically I'll buy both, but it's starting to push my buttons when iFly's support and attitude has been exceptional.

Let me get the FSX and V1.2 version out and we'll see about voice. Again, that doesn't mean 'yes' for voice, it just means I'll look at it.Cheers,

That's all we could ask for, thanks for at least re-considering Bryan and for as always your prompt reply!
