March 5, 201115 yr what do you guys do for a 737 or 738, crj-700 fly the default aircraft?I'm not into the 767, burned that out way back in the day of fs2002 I think then more in fs2004 I tried the ERJ145 from FeelThere and I got a lot of crashes on my system so uninstalled it,...Ii thnk that by using default, I'm cheating or something, like I"m not keeping it totally real... Ciao!

March 5, 201115 yr In my opinion and experience the best airliners for FSX are:The must have add-ons:Maddog MD80 - Amazing system depth and excellent flight dynamics, failures modeling, documentation, load manager, options configuration, performance tuning, and ground operations. It's a portover so fps can be a bit low depending on system performance.PMDG MD-11 - Nearly equal to the Maddog MD80 as far as all aforementioned MD80 features, but with better performance. PMDG 747 - Almost as good as the MD-11 but with more of a performance impact. This is a must have because it is really fun to operate such a large aircraft.Other recommendations:Level D 767 - dated VC but great performance. Does require 2D pops for the FMC and radio controls, but has great systems simulation, ground operations, and failures.Flightsim Labs Concorde-X - Incredibly complex simulation and operation, definitely a study sim with a steep learning curve. INS navigation.Captain Sim 707 - Good system simulation, documentation is a little lacking, awesome textures/VC, Doppler and INS navigation available. Shane Gavin
