Thanks to a lot of the users on this forum I'm now able to enjoy Orbx PNW - loaded textures (at speed), very dense autogen, and payware aircraft hovering around 30 fps (yeah I had to check LOL!)I also run AA at 8XSQ with nvidia inspector and it really helps with the tree shimmer.I haven't even overclocked yet ;) I almost don't even need it... about the only low fps I get is in Portland/Seattle, with the Flight1 Mustang, in the VC... and that's around 15-18. With my old rig I'd manage about 6 with super blurry textures. This CPU is just nuts!Last night I flew into JFK with the FSDreamteam scenery - it was smooth 30 fps in the Duke! I do turn off all AI traffic but I'm so used to vatsim flying I don't mind the lack of AI.And for fun, 1M Super Pi calculation: My old rig - 39 seconds... New rig: 11 seconds ROFLz!So, thanks to all the guys helping me out in the OCCT error thread, I really appreciate it! And I will continue to bug you once I start OCing ;)Temps hover around 45-50 with the F1 Mustang and PNW scenery... Not too bad I guess...Untitled-58.jpg

Congrats Ryan. Welcome to the fastest FSX CPUs on the planet club! :Big Grin: Kind regards,

Congrats! Just think what simulation technology will be 5, 10, and 20 years from now. :Drooling: Just keeps getting better and better.
And we might still be running FSX! :-)

Congratulations, Ryan!

Nope. Just 40-50% of the jealous/dismissive Flight Sim users will. The rest will have just gotten Flight running decently... :LMAO:
