May 15, 201115 yr It's definitely IE9 - we've asked our server techs to look into this but they're still not sure what's causing it. There was a big uptick in this sort of ticket at support after IE9 released. My standard reply on it is try clearing your cache and cookies and if that doesn't work, use Firefox or Chrome. (Chrome is my main browser personally, I love it)My ISP webmail has a note on the login page saying that it is not IE9 compatible. Further to that I have seen numerous reports that IE9 is not compatible in many instances. Why does MS release something that is not going to work properly? \Robert Hamlich/
May 15, 201115 yr Commercial Member Why does MS release something that is not going to work properly? It's always been this way with IE - that's half the reason Firefox and Chrome had to be created, IE never supported web standards and stuff up until (allegedly) this new version. I'm not sure exactly what causes this issue, but I know it doesn't happen in FF or Chrome, so they're probably doing something that isn't quite right yet again.
