May 15, 201115 yr Seems to be working okay for me. Did you type 'yes' in the little box where it asks you a question? Maybe try a different browser if that doesn't work.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

I did change my address before trying to check-out on the purchase but that shouldn't affect anything as this is a download purchase.I moved recently so I just updated my address was all Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

May 15, 201115 yr Out of curiosity and on the off chance it might help you suss the problem out, I checked the PMDG J41 page with Firefox (not the most recent version), IE8, also with Safari on a Macbook, it worked okay on all three.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
May 15, 201115 yr it's a bug in the way IE handles it's cache, pathetic they have not fixed it in IE9. Clear your cache or much better, switch to Firefox, Chrome or Opera
May 15, 201115 yr Author I will download Firefox and try that.....Thanks guys Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
May 15, 201115 yr Lets now analyse every micrometer of informatiom about this and how it relates to the 737NGX!@ytz - no issues on my end using firefox.
May 15, 201115 yr Author HAHA.....I am having trouble with a cache and somehow people think that relates to the 737ngx being released.Sorry guys. Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
May 15, 201115 yr I bought the MD-11 in february and the JS-41 4 days ago at PMDG store using IE 8 in my desktop with no problems at all. Many people talk about this issue with IE, but never happened to me. I didn't have to clean cache or anything. Maybe it has something to do with the settings at one's computer. Matheus Mafra
May 15, 201115 yr Commercial Member We have been doing some maintenance on the servers, and on occasion we've been rebooting the server. It's possible you caught the server during one of those times. Can you try again? It could also be the IE cache issue. If you continue to have problems, let us know here! Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience. May 15, 201115 yr Commercial Member It's definitely IE9 - we've asked our server techs to look into this but they're still not sure what's causing it. There was a big uptick in this sort of ticket at support after IE9 released. My standard reply on it is try clearing your cache and cookies and if that doesn't work, use Firefox or Chrome. (Chrome is my main browser personally, I love it) Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

(Chrome is my main browser personally, I love it)Though I'm no web professional, I've noticed my VA's webiste has some PHP functions that only work in IE9 and the latest version of Chrome. Our website runs the latest PHP version, so I'm guessing there is a compatibility issue between the latest version of PHP and older browsers. YOu guys may have the opposite problem; running an older version of PHP that is not compatible with the newer browser IE9. Cory Baxes
