UK2000 Birmingham v2 is out!

Just heads-up on the release of another of the excellent British sceneries by Gary Summons.I enjoy the first version very much and the new one looks even better and offers many new features. :Applause:There is an upgrade price for the v1 users.See here and enjoy it if you like it:http://www.uk2000sce...php?board=303.0

Thanks for the heads-up Rafal. I've meanwhile made my first flights from this new version and all I can say is: excellent, in the best tradition of Gary Summons' airports and getting better and better still. Small detail: there is yet some work going on with regard to the AFCAD file for FS9 as the (high) frequency for the ATIS message is not accepted by FS9.Regards,René

That's right. I read in the UK2000 forums a fix will be available very soon.I truly love Gary's sceneries and see them on pair with other top commercial developers like FSDT, FlyTampa or some Aerosoft contractors (e.g. the German Airports team).I have four Xtreme aerodromes (EGLL, EGKK, EGCC and EGBB) and enjoy them so much! :(

New UK2000 Birmingham looks good. EGGP Liverpool released recently is also very nice.I've been waiting a while for a new UK2000 London City Airport.

I have all of the UK Xtreme airports and they are top quality and, I would agree, up there with the best. I have not yet updated Birmingham to the new version and was waiting for opinions first - is it a big improvement on the original version? If so, it must be incredible!BillWindows XP Pro SP2; Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0Ghz CPU; Arctic Cool 7Pro; ASUS P5N-E-SLI Motherboard;4GB Corsair 800Mhz DDR2 RAM; 768MB nVidia GeForce 8800GTX Dual VGA Graphics card;2x 500GB SATA 7200RPM Hard Drive; 650W (2 x 12V) PSU; 2 x 1000GB + 1 x 150GB Western Digital External Hard Drive; CH Pro Yoke and PedalsAll helping to power 315GB of fs9!
