Now all I have to do is wait until your mods are done & I will be able to really enjoy the 210. I've edited quite a few panels and I haven't seen or heard of that problem.Thank you again.Ian

I purchased the T210 a week ago. I am using W7 SP1/2 (no Acceleration). The first time I used the GPS 530 I clicked on the map face and it popped up but in the left bottom corner. I cant remember if the lower portion of the screen went blank. Since then I have not been able to get the pop up. The hand appears and that's it. Today I learned from the forum that shift+1 will provide the pop up. It does, but the bottom portion of the screen is blank. After reading the forum for parts of two days I have come to a conclusion that the fix is a "try and see" depending what software and mods have been applied. Would anyone familiar with Carenado know if in some reasonable time a patch would be created to solve this problem. Frankly I don't like going into the .cfg file and make amendments to try "this and that" unless I have to. Thx Joe S

to get rid of the blank area.open panel,cfg file with notepad.scroll right down till the end. replace the [default view] section with this

Sorry for my ignorance, but what are these modded files you speak of?This change looks as though it would solve my only major gripe with my 210 - the second GPS is almost unusable without a popup.I actually bought the Reality XP 430 thinking that would solve the problem, but I can't get that to pop up either and unless I'm doing something wrong (almost a certainty with my level of FSX knowledge and experience!) it also doesn't work and play well with the Carenado 530 still in the panel. The 430 mostly over-rides the 530 once it's installed, making the 530 pretty much useless, leaving me with a single useable GPS/NAV - one that I can't see very well.But that's another topic.Scott
