Flickering clock on Saitek pro flight yoke

Featured Replies

Hi Simmers, I've had my Saitek yoke for about 2 years, trouble free, working great. The illuminated clock on the yoke is flickering. I've checked all cables and connections. The yoke works and the clock works , is there a way to fix the light or do I need to replace something? thanks, and good flights, Cal

I must admit, when I got mine last Christmas, I wondered how long the LED display would last (LED displays have a habit of giving up the ghost after 2 or 3 years use. However, since I never use the display, I'm not that bothered as I only ever need a stopwatch and most panels seem to provide one. IAN

Agreed. It's a manufacturers defect. If you've had it less than 2 years, Saitek will probably help you out. Beyond that, you need to tape over it (like I did, as well). It's not repairable.
