Don't use FSUIPC.NGX comes with it's own key assignments for the gear lever. I ran into a similar issue with the spoilers. Up until now used FSUIPC custom commands for spoilers off/arm/on. Doesn't work in the NGX but there were custom assignments in the CDU options page. AJ Pongress

August 9, 201114 yr I don't use FSUIPC, and this is happening to me with my CH Yoke. The flaps button I have assigned works fine, but the gear button just flashes the gear lever in the VC, and nothing happens. I had to hit "G" for the gear to go up and down. Any ideas on how to get my button working with the NGX? I tested on other aircraft, and the button works fine. Thanks, John - John Drago
August 20, 201114 yr Same here with all other aircraft I can assign an axis on my CH Yoke to work as a gear lever but not with the NGX and I do note that apart from a caveat concerning calibration this aircraft is supposed to be compatible with FSUIPC! Bruceb Bruce Bartlett Frodo: "I wish none of this had happened." Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."

I use FSUIPC and it works perfectly. You can map the button to raise/lower the gear it just doesnt work with the NGX because PMDG did not program them that way. It is not the fault of FSUIPC. PMDG said they are working on changing it as well (search for other comments on the gear up/down issue). I use FSUIPC for my spoilers and they work perfectly. Off/Arm.Deploy all good. Same as flaps.
