August 6, 201114 yr Very serious problem with the flight model for the Delta Winglet paint. This is my third flight and the AC flies nose down. The climb out is painful if possible at all. Descent when I have got it up to altitude was like flying a missle down. I have check everything I can find in the setup menus, including weight and balance etc. Can't see anything, the house paint flew fine. Whats up with this? Help please. BTW I have uninstalled and reinstalled the paint several times including making sure the file was not read only. Anyway, just frustrated. Joe Joe Porter

August 6, 201114 yr Commercial Member Are you using any external weather app? Do you get this even with the Clear Skies theme set? Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 6, 201114 yr Author woops, forgot using ASE.I have checked for icing, pitots and actually, I am flying in some fairly stable weather. It just will not climb now. It did this before, but all of a sudden it just pulled out of it and flew correctly. It is like i am overweight, but I am not, have check everything. . . .it is like the airfile is a mess, burning fuel like no tomorrow . . .as well . . Joe Porter
August 6, 201114 yr Commercial Member Can you try with the Clear Skies theme and ASE not running please? Just need to make sure this isn't some bogus temp or pressure in the sim coming from ASE. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 6, 201114 yr Author Ok, I finally got above 20,000 ft and it suddenly started to fly correctly. Now I know that may indicate settings and weather, but I have tuned this setup to the tee and have flown it for years and have no problems like this with any other AC. In fact, the house PMDG flew just fine. Anyway, unfortunately I dumped my vatsim flight befor it recovered and now off line . . . thanks, I really love this AC. She is a beauty, just want it to fly . . . LOLok, but watching the weather, temps, winds etc. already. Now it is flying fine, did not do anything but check my calibrations in FSUIPC. I will keep my eye on it and run clear as well, into Seattle tonight . .. Joe Porter
August 6, 201114 yr Joe, Please do another flight with no weather (Clear skies) and report back if you see the same issue. I had the same during beta but we could not pinpoint the problem. ALso if you could add any and all addons you have installed for FSX would be great. August 6, 201114 yr Author Ryan, I will keep at it and give you feedback. I am a homecockpit builder and have several external USB modules like PFC 737NG throttle, go flight etc, that are not working well yet either, but that is to be expected at first and so I am saying there are a lot of variables on my system. I will give the clear weather a go. Just curious that it pulled intself together but the pitch is questionable as well on departure and approach. Anyway, thanks much. Joe Porter
August 6, 201114 yr So we can't fly this bird in weather?? Jamal Pratt Eastern Operations Manager| www.legend-virtual.org
August 6, 201114 yr Author Addons- ASE, Active Camera, TrackIR, FS Real Time, some mesh programs, GEXNA, REX clouds, Utah Complete, but that is about it for software addons, cleaned it up in anticipation of the NGX. Thanks Joe Joe Porter
August 6, 201114 yr So we can't fly this bird in weather??Nobody is saying that, they're just trying to rule things out to see where they issue might be.
August 6, 201114 yr Author The house 800 works fine, this is an issue that is showing up with the delta livery. Not sure that it is weather related at all, a lot of variables here. Just trying to find the needle . . Joe Porter
August 6, 201114 yr Author Hmmm, never had much problem with ASE before. So what do you use, REX weather??? Joe Porter
August 6, 201114 yr Commercial Member I have had serious issues with the NGX in weather too, nose down climb, not able to climb very high. etc. I am reinstalling FSX as recommended at the moment and my addon list is in my post.
